The Fudgiest Brownies

Friends! I haven’t posted in a while BUT due to the suggest of some friends, I’m planning to start sharing some fantastic easy recipes for the every-day home baker. No fuss, no trouble.. just pure GOODNESS. With summertime finally showing itself, summer parties are in full swing and I KNOW you’re searching for some good treats to bring to your next event. These deliciously dense and fudgy brownies are the perfect vehicle for any mix-ins you want to elevate and express your creativity. GET. INTO. IT.


The Fudgiest Brownies


  • 1 stick, Unsalted Butter (room temp)

  • 1 cup, Sugar

  • 1/2 cup, Brown Sugar

  • 2 Eggs (room temp.)

  • 1/2 tsp, Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup, AP Flour

  • 1/2 cup, Cocoa Powder

  • 1/4 tsp, Aalt

  • 1/2 tsp, Baking Soda

  • Any Mix-Ins you’d like!


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8x"8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. Combine AP flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Baking Soda in a bowl. Whisk & Place to the side.

  3. Combine Butter & Sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat until completely combined. Light & fluffy.

  4. With the mixer on low, add one Egg at a time and mix until just combined. Add Vanilla.

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the mixer bowl and mix JUST until combined. Add in any Mix-ins. (I used 2.5 Graham Crackers and some White Chocolate)

  6. Spread evenly in your pan. Bake 25-30 mins until a toothpick inserted into into the center comes out still a little wet.

  7. Let cool and place in fridge until COMPLETELY cooled & set. REMEMBER these brownies are dense & fudgy!
